Careful work, international clients, and time to actually learn it well.
If you’re tired of being one of forty interchangeable juniors closing 200 returns a season, read on. We hire fewer people, give them harder problems, and review every file properly.
What working here actually feels like.
Three things, mostly. First, the work is genuinely interesting — cross-border tax, FEMA, multi-state US compliance, founders raising in two currencies. Boredom isn’t a risk here.
Second, you get reviewed by someone senior on every file. That’s how you actually get good at this work; it’s also how the firm doesn’t make embarrassing mistakes.
Third, we’re small. Decisions get made in hours, not steering committees. Process exists where it helps; nowhere else.
The boring-but-important list.
International exposure from year one
Real client work in US, UK, Canada, Australia tax — not just “exposure” in a brochure.
Senior reviewers who actually review
Mark-ups with explanations. You’ll learn faster here than at most large firms.
Cloud-first, sane hours
Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho. Filings tracked properly. Crunch happens, but it’s the exception, not the year.
Performance pay that actually pays
Clear bands, transparent reviews, and bonuses tied to outcomes — not to whether you stayed late on a Sunday.

Send a CV and a paragraph on what you’d want to learn next. We read every email.
Curious, careful, and genuinely interested in the work.
- Strong technical foundation. The job is detail work; we hire people who like detail.
- Curiosity about cross-border work. You don’t need to know it on day one. You do need to want to learn it.
- Clear writing and direct communication. A lot of our work is explained over email to international clients. Saying things plainly matters.
- Comfort with cloud tools. Excel, Xero or QuickBooks, Zoho, Tally. Bonus for anyone who’s automated something boring.
- Ownership. You finish what you start. If something’s blocking you, you raise it — you don’t hide it.

We hire ahead of the brief if the right person turns up. Send a CV and a few lines on what you’re good at — we’ll get back, even if it’s a no.
